The LVBC will respond to any request for clarification provided that such request is received no later than 5 days prior to the deadline for submission of Bids.

C. Preparation of Bids

The medium of communications shall be in writing.

The currency that shall be used for financial comparison purposes to convert all bid prices expressed in various currencies into a single currency is:
