TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES AT THE EAST AFRICAN KISWAHILI COMMISSION (EAKC)

The East African Kiswahili Commission (EAKC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of services for a period of Three (3) years for FY 2024/2025, 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 subject to satisfactory Annual Evaluation Performance and in accordance with the agreement as signed by both parties. The TOR’s are clearly defined in Section 6 - Statement of Requirements.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open bidding method contained in the EAC Procurement Manual (2023).
   
   
2. This letter of invitation is addressed to ALL potential bidders. 3. Clarifications or any changes or modifications will be communicated on the EAKC Website: https://kiswahili.eac.int/- Opportunities. Bidders are strongly encouraged to frequently visit this website for updates and addendums during the bidding period.
   
   
4. The deadline for submission of bids is: 19^th November, 2024 at 11:00 AM
   
   
5. Bidders should submit their bids/proposals via Hard copy through courier or actual delivery to EAKC on the Address given below: The Bids should be clearly marked, sealed bids can be hand delivered, or sent by courier to the address below, before the deadline date mentioned above. Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 15 am on Tuesday, 19th November 2024 in the EAKC. A bid opening report shall be circulated. Late bids shall be rejected.
