Invitation to Tender

 INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF COMPUTERS, PHOTOCOPIERS/PRINTERS AND ICT EQUIPMENT UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025/26.

1. The East African Community (EAC) is the regional intergovernmental organization comprised of the Republic of Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Federal Republic of Somalia, Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda, Republic of South Sudan, Republic of Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania. The Treaty for Establishment of the East African Community was signed on 30^th November 1999 and entered into force on 7^th July 2000.
   
   
2. The East African Community has been allocated funds in the Financial Year 2025-2026 and intends to apply part of the funds towards eligible payments under the contract for Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of computers, photocopiers/printers and ICT equipment under Framework Agreement for the Financial Year 2025/26.
   
   
3. The East African Community now invites Bids from eligible service providers for Provision of Servicing and Maintenance of computers, photocopiers/printers and ICT equipment under Framework Agreement for the Financial Year 2025/26.
   
   
4. Bidding will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding (Regional) and is open to all eligible bidders using the Standard Bidding Document.
   
   
5. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information Monday to Friday during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below on or before 25^th April 2025 at 11:00 am East Africa time.
   
   
6. A complete set of tender documents may be downloaded from the EAC website eac.int- Link “Tenders” free of charge.
   
   
7. The bidding will be conducted by submission through the EAC Electronic procurement system. Interested bidders will be required to register and submit their bids through the EAC eprocurement system at https://eacprocurement.eac.int/. The system will reject any late bids. Bids will be publicly opened on the EAC eprocurement system. Bids will be addressed to:

8. All interested bidders are required to continually check the EAC website eac.int; Link-Tender for any tender addendums or clarifications that may arise before the submission date.

Clarifications or any changes, modifications or withdrawal in regard to this tender shall be communicated on the EAC Website and the EAC eProcurement System at https://eacprocurement.eac.int/
