The main objectives of this initiative is to:

• promote all aspects of Fossil Fuel sub-sector
• promote petroleum exploration, production and development
• develop a Fossil Fuel Master Plan that will appraise all aspects of Fossil Fuel sub-sector including petroleum infrastructure development
