Hon. Beatrice Kiraso is a distinguished Ugandan leader and advocate for regional integration, particularly through her extensive work with the East African Community (EAC). As the EAC Deputy Secretary General in charge of Political Federation from 2006 to 2011, she played a pivotal role in advancing the integration agenda, focusing on fostering political dialogue and good governance across Partner States.
